Currently working in-house at a company with a small marketing team of 4 since 2020. My responsibilities have grown each quarter to the point where it’s hard to make time to get specialized in a few marketing and social media skills. I’m curious about moving roles but not sure how to choose a next path. Should I stay as a generalist and try to move up or gamble on a skill/interest and become more specialized? Not sure what’s better for long term career success.

Planning to lease a bmw for the first time. Is the inspection at the end of lease very detailed ? like in terms of scratches, dings, dents etc not planning to get intentionally 😁 but iam worried that for a leased car i would have to drive it more carefully and maintain it really well as compared to if had financed/ bought the same.

Question about paying off a car vs. financing - I'm 23 and have no debt (hence why I'm a little afraid of taking it on). I thought the best move would be to save up cash and pay off in full, so I have about $30K saved up but now I'm reading that maybe it would be better to put down a down payment and finance the car instead. Thoughts?

Going to be in the market soon for a new car (sedan) to replace my old warhorse (2006 Camry). Considering a Lexus ES (both new and very lightly used - less than 10k miles) and Tesla 3 (only new, both in the same range depending on trim and options chosen). Primary factors are:
1- Reliability ; 2- Total Cost of Ownership; 3- Smooth and luxurious ride . Plan to keep car for 15+ years. Any recommendations on one vs the other? Or any other option I may have missed in this price range?
