My firm didn’t set a date yet after delaying from Sept 7. Will give at least 2 weeks’ notice. V15.

Pushed back Sept. 15 return without giving a new date. Will give 2 weeks notice. V50

Still mid-October here.

Pushed back from Sept 13 to Sept 27. TBD for another push.

We have mostly been back since June 1. It has not been mandated and some people still WFH basically full time but in some groups there’s a lot of pressure to be in most days. No change with delta surging here.

Love Houston!

V5. Pushed back Sept. start date, but hasn’t set a new in-office date. Attorneys need to be within commuting distance of their home office.

Hello 🐠ies!
Asking for help, my sister has lived at my parents’ for 24 y and they’ve always taken care of her. She’s about to leave home for her grad and she just got a loan to pay for all her expenses for the next 3 y. The money only arrived 3 w ago. She hasn’t even left yet and my parents have noticed online deliveries and spending receipts. We are worried that she might empty her account by year 1 at that rate. But just telling her to be careful doesn’t help. Cont’d

We are looking to restructure our marketing team (B2B IT services) and one of the questions I have is: how does recruitment marketing / employer branding fit into the marketing team?
Over the last year EB and RM have become increasingly larger parts of our team’s work, but it’s not part of the marketing commercial targets (just helping recruitment meet their targets). Are they completely separate in your company? Or part of the team and if so how?

Hey ATL fish, is there a negative connotation to Chamblee vs Brookhaven. From a home buy perspective, I am seeing better deals, newer homes in Chamblee. Both are ITP. I don't know who needs to hear this, but I have a few former classmates and colleagues sweating over lateral interviews. Take a deep breath and relax.

First, doing these interviews does not define you as a person.

Second, take it one day at a time; if they are moving forward, they see something in you.

Third, remember that the people interviewing you are human beings. Connect with them, be personable.

How would you ask to transfer to another office within your firm?

I lateraled from one firm in city A to another firm city B. During the interview process, I made a big deal about how I badly I wanted to be in B, despite only being barred in A. They hired me, paid for my bar courses, the works.

Now I find myself in a position where I need to leave B due to personal issues. Thinking of going to DCso I can just waive in.

It's been less than a year since I've joined; is it too soon to ask this?
