Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. I'd settle for insurance work if theres good WLB & $$$ lol

Does 70k in NYC seem like a reasonable ask for an AE role with 3 total years experience? (AAE 1 yr, AE 2 years)

Weird question. Got an offer months ago for a job abroad (not in my country of choice) and turned it down due to the low salary and not being in Europe. I started a new role in NYCsince I got that job offer in a large firm (from a small firm in a small town), started 3 months ago, and I absolutely hate it. Not sure whether I should try this small firm abroad for a change in pace. The new firm swears, “if you ever work past 5 pm here, there’s something seriously wrong. We don’t believe in that.”

I've been there almost 6 years and am now a board member and an Executive Director. I'm being paid an hourly based salary.. Less than 40k per year. I run the entire organization alone which consists of 6 properties with over 25 tenants at capacity I also, find the houses to purchase, hire contractors, clean, collect rent, find and interview tenants!

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. Moving to Europe for a strategy and ops role at FAANG. Hopefully the new role will be more enjoyable and sustainable.
