Has anyone asked for a pay raise for the increased amount of responsibilities that was not originally asked or discussed in job description. It's been over 1yr and I have few certs. I made impact on my team. They value what I bring to them, but workloads increased more than my main role. I think it's fair to ask for a better pay raise. What do you think?
