Recieved an offer from PwC at M, they already raised initial offer by 2k but now I'm hearing rumours salary adjustments coming into effect in July, should I go back and ask for more?

BCG NAMR has standard salaries at each level— the only difference in pay between two PLs or two Principals at same tenure is bonus.

Do other firms do it this way? Why not? I came to BCG straight....

Pregnant with my first baby and I’m having the WORST sciatic nerve pain. I had a back injury with nerve damage when I was in my early 20s and at 18 weeks pregnant, it’s almost unbearable.
