Hi Team,

I heard that Cisco is very stringent when it comes to pay-wise. Do we have any different sub levels that are there in the Grade G8? Almost 7 lakhs difference is there between Cisco offer and State street offer. Don't know what to pick? Do we have any other perks and benefits in Cisco?

Hi - new here. I’ve gotten feedback during some interviews that my answers are correct (and are often very good), but I need to work on being more concise in my delivery. I don’t think I’m *that* bad at it, but this is now the third time I’ve gotten this feedback and want to act on it.

Does anyone have tips for structuring more concise answers and/or what to focus on when answering behavioral questions?

After two years of trying to make manager, hints are dropping everywhere that it isn’t going to happen again this year.

Same excuses as always “think more about your clients business” or “step back and look at the big picture”

Like, you load me up with too much work to have extra time to ‘step back’ and look at anything OR, cool I thought about the clients business... that didn’t help me get this 1040 any closer to done.

Just feeling strung along and under appreciated

Got an offer for an in-house role and they only have 10 days off for vacation with a few days additional for sick time off.

For me it’s a major concern, has anyone successfully negotiated additional vacation time and if they have how did they go about it. Was it a successful outcome ?
