Any firms still offer the Aetna copay plan?

We have Aetna and I have copays if that's what you mean. $300/yr deductible for our family then pays at 100%.

Deductible is different from a copay but that's pretty low.

I've had it for years and they just added the family deductible to it last year. Wasn't thrilled but as you said it's still relatively low.
