Yes. I always feel guilty on the weekends or when not working bc I know there’s more to be done and it feels like I’m constantly behind. I try to remind myself that the work will always be there but I also struggle. I used to play sports to take my mind off things. Good luck!

Honestly I don’t feel guilty. I don’t know why, but I just don’t.

I golf. Can be productive depending on who you are golfing with but at the same time relaxing because I’m golfing and having fun.

Pick up a hobby

You gotta figure that out on your own. For me, I powerlift, do Brazilian jiu jitsu, and some casual photography

I try to pick up productive things that are relaxing. Reading a good business book or listening to a podcast that helps you become better at something. It could be any thing as long as it doesn’t involve veging out on the couch watching mindless television. Any thing that can inspire you or make you think better. Even playing chess or shooting pool. Whatever it is that is good for the mind and helps it stay sharp, creative, shrewd.

Just don’t be like the rest of people who can only find enjoyment in substances, people or chasing a feeling that becomes a vice and a escape any time the slightest discomfort or difficulty comes your way and you become a weak, sensitive man constantly responding to impulses, cravings, and addictions that completely derail his life while looking like he’s “functioning”.

I would say, develop the taste for things that help you be productive on yourself but still allows you to unplug from normal day to day demands. This way, we you inevitably return to it, you return that make better than you did before .
