Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.
Any folks recently joined and received salary please confirm it.

For those that work at Protiviti, could you tell me a little bit about what your solution division and what you do? I’m an incoming risk and compliance intern, but I’m afraid the work is boring and repetitive. I’m thinking about communicating with HR to transition to Business Improvement consulting or tech consulting. What are your thoughts?Protiviti

What kind of projects?
Thanks OW2 - what kind of projects do you tend to see? Is it more performance improvement type of work or are you guys also doing insurance program reviews/policy reviews, broker rfp’s and program assessments/benchmarking? At EY we essentially have two groups in insurance, one that works specifically with carriers on PI and underwriting implementation, and another group that focuses on the insurance practices within other industries.
Also, what kind of travel do you typically encounter? Do most of the folks in your practice come from industry (broker,uw/risk management backgrounds) or are mostly come from other consulting firms
Hi there,
Of course we do have a couple of regulatory projects as well but at least from what I can see a lot of our projects are very much strategy type of projects - also some cost programs. I’ve been with insurance for 4 years now and doing 60% strategy, 25% cost :-) and 5% regulatory stuff.
On hiring - mostly internal consultants of course but also some Big4 especially for the less strategy insurance practices (eg actuarials etc). We also hire some people from INS strategy departments - but this is rather on an exceptional case basis.
On travels - I only travel - never had a „home“ project.
Hope I could be of help
