Any Aon pension actuaries who could help my friend understand the hierarchy of titles? Let’s say my friend has 10 years of experience, FSA and EA credentials, was a consistently high performer over his career, what would his expected title be at Aon within the core retirement actuarial business? Thanks in advance.

EY NYC S3 to M1 pay raise %? Anyone know?
Depends on the firm, but at D you have to pay back the salary you made during your leave, even if you leave immediately after. IIRC you commit to 2 months if you use all ; months at D.
It can also depend on the circumstances as to why you're leaving.
I only know of one case where someone wasn't required to pay Deloitte back. The wife couldn't work for at least 6 months due to complications and the father became the sole breadwinner and received an offer, which was much higher than he was getting paid, from his friend's company to do something different but still in the software development industry. Unfortunately, Deloitte couldn't match the offer for his position. He explained his case, offered Deloitte the chance to match what he was being offered, and at the end Deloitte didn't ask for a reimbursement because they understood the situation. Hell he basically was about to take a second job doing bartending while on paternity leave.
Watching this closely...
Someone on my team just did this and landed quickly at another company... I thought it was pretty funny. We have to look out for ourselves, it’s pretty naive to expect that your company will show you any loyalty. If they do, consider it a bonus.
She was there for about a year total (incl the 14 week maternity time) and to my knowledge she did not have to pay anything back, but not 100% sure on that
What DD1 mentions is accurate as it pertains to Deloitte
