I have two offers, one is 10lpa from a Indian company with regular breakout of medical insurance, basic pay, HRA, ...
The second one is from a non Indian company 12lpa, but there is no break up, no pf no HRA nothing, they just credit 1l per month and I have to take care of medical insurance, pf externally, which one would be profitable salary wise?
