Anyone gone through H1B transfer process in EY or other public accounting firms? Is W-2 required or maybe paystubs are sufficient? My current employer is using an payroll agency for payroll so listed agency’s name in W-2. I’ve worked at early-stage startups before, but never a pre-launch. They’ve raised an angel round and are currently raising a seed round of funding. The founding team are all new founders, but have good experience and passion for what they are building. I’d be the first operational hire, likely moving into a COO role.
