I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?

Hi all- I have a total of 13 years of experience in analytics consulting for CPG and Retail clients, I’ve worked at BCG for 3 years in their analytics team at India. I had a question about Canadian salaries , is 230k CAD base a good number to be paid for someone with my experience, or it should be higher - the role is that of a director at an analytics startup, I’ve realized Retailers pay a whole lot less in general and definitely super low in Canada , any thoughts or advice?. much appreciated.

I have 6 years of sales experience as an AE/ account manager in the fashion industry on the wholesale side. I would like to make a move to tech sales. I've looked into boot camps and entry level positions but i am unsure what the best move is. Any advice for someone in my position?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. This is inline for my company but low when I speak with others for Enterprise rep openings. Any thoughts on recommendations for steps to bridge that gap?

I'm a new first year associate, almost two weeks in. Have to ask: is it normal to have almost no idea what's going on? I know my teams view me as completely clueless (which is 100% accurate), but whenever I ask for an explanation/they go over something with me, I'm still left feeling like they're speaking a different language. I’m going to be taking the bar for the first time. Does anyone have experience with requesting accommodations for the bar exam? I was diagnosed late in life so I’m worried that not having accommodations during law school will make this process difficult.
