I have no advice but you are amazing for fostering.
I feel like lately there is more leave given for fostering/adoption but I’d check your handbook and explain the situation to HR
I am almost positive Edelman and Omnicom agencies do!
The small agency I am at does provide parental leave for fostering, same as if you give birth or adopt a child. It’s a benefit that def makes me proud.
Can confirm for my WPP agency - we have policies that give you time, resources and same treatment. You’re a parent after all.
