Webull is what I use now. It has a mobile friendly app like Robinhood, but allows you to add indicators and doesn’t have as many glitches as a Robinhood. DM for a referral link.

Yes. Make sure to sign up for the self directed account to avoid fees.

Fastest is TD Ameritrade

Thanks ending up using this

Damn open an account Ameritrade or interactive brokers and wire the money in.

If you’re rushing to get money into your brokerage account because you think DDOG is ‘low’... you’re playing the wrong game.

It’s trading at 46x sales... and that’s after the more than 20% drop. That’s still not ‘low.’

Ok... but the market just swatted it on the nose with a rolled up news paper. It’s not going to bounce back right away.

A 5–10% drop maybe it comes back. But this was a rejection and it didn’t start a new run today. It fell thru the afternoon well ahead of the broader freak out in the last hour.

Very torn on leasing vs buying. Wife is frugal and wants to buy used SUV cuz we don’t rack up a ton of annual miles. I like flexibility of lease as I don’t want to deal with repairs and have 2 kids under four who will get vehicle messy + northeast winters. With budget around 30K if buy would prob go used Toyota Highlander Hybrid. If lease open to a lot of other options. Any advice?

Okay, so I think I might have done something stupid. I put a good chunk of money in TQQQ a couple of days ago. I was hoping for a small gain in the current run (after which I’d pull out, c.3% up). I’m now 15% down. I know you’re not supposed to hold leveraged funds for too long. So what should I do now? Do I cut my losses and pull out? Thanks all - appreciate the help!

Switched jobs from a company that offers Vanguard 401ks to Fidelity. My personal brokerage was also under Vanguard.

I was thinking about consolidating everything under Fidelity but it seems like there are transaction fees for buying Vanguard mutual funds if I want to continue investing in my personal brokerage. Is there any way to dodge these fees or is it just normal for people to keep multiple investment accounts, one for a 401k and one for brokerages, if they don't match?
