While EBITDA should be a straightforward calculation, it usually isn't. A lot of analysts will use it to take out non-recurring charges like stock based compensation, legal fees, etc. Tying back to analyst EBITDAs can be a royal pain in the ass depending on the company
Check the non gaap notes. Also, check the cash flow statement. If they disposed assets, there might be something funky with the D

What's your question? Are you adding back depreciation and amortization to get to EBITDA?

Correct. Adding back D&A to EBIT to get EBITDA - but it isn't tying to analyst projections... EBIT ties and I/S line item D&A ties. So there must be add backs I'm not getting?
Check to see if there is any non cash compensation added back
