As we continued talking he said he was unhappy in a 4 yr relationship & while away on a trip, emotionally "connected" with a girl who went on to be his next gf of 3 yrs. I feel like he isn't the same now but who's to say? He reassured me he won't cheat but I doubt he planned on cheating before. Thoughts?

Can anyone help me i am have a different situation here i left the job based on a phone conversation with tech Mahindra since they are asking for an immediate joiner. Now after submission of all documents they are not giving proper response .. every time they call me and ask me some documents is missing and some time BG status not received.. i don't what to do ..no job now and even no offer from them.

hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.
Anyone else faced this problem earlier?. If yes how did you act on it?

Curious to know. People here say they get 8-10 offers during notice period. How do you apply and get so many calls in a short span. Is it through referrals or applying on job site. Is there a specific pattern that people follow to get the desired job in a short time.

I got the offer from birlasoft, my Variable Performance Incentives is 220,000, how much I will get it from monthly and yearly? HR says will get it 4 to 6 percentage on monthly and rest will be used for yearly. Please comment

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Hi guys, have a doubt, do freshers have to do the same work as seniors? Like i am working on devops and most of my senior's work is similar to mine! So, is this how things happen in every company? And shouldn't i be getting similar salary?
