Let's say someone joined EY at 20 ctc fixed. How much can that 20 ctc grow in let's say 2 years? (Assume no promotion in those 2 years, and if it matters consider Tech consulting service line)

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.

Fam, my I-140 priority date been current for a while (from prior employer). PERM has been filed and lawyers are planning to file new I-140 in premium processing and I-485 concurrently. I-140 response is expected in ~2 weeks. How soon after I-140 is filed, can I safely quit the company?

Currently making $155 and due for annual increase, no commission. Talking to Deloitte and they offer $140 base max with commission potential up to $180 and assumed better benefits.

Has anyone had a Manager that does not work well with your ADHD? Im going through this right now and the way they communicate doesn’t match what I need. If I ask questions, they huff and puff. But then get upset if something is done and it doesn’t meet their exact expectations. It’s sucks that I don’t have enough interest to continuously focus on the projects, but now I have even less motivation because I dread dealing with my manager.

Adderall vs Vyvanse? What are the pros and cons of each?

My Vyvanse meds make me pretty dehydrated. No matter how much water I drink, my mouth is still dry plus it makes me end up needing to use the bathroom often. Any tips for dealing with both of these issues?

Did I act irrationally here? I had an initial consultation with a therapist the other day to get a referral to a psychiatrist for BD + ADHD. I've called them to get the appointment set up but no response. So today, I found a new provider and was able to get an appointment booked directly with a psychiatrist next Wednesday.... Do I just tell the other provider I'm no longer interested?

anyone else taking strattera having sexual side effects? (ED,etc) just started taking it and wondering if that goes away after a bit or if it’s ongoing because no… just no.

ADHD advice and suggestions for consistent high-performance on an important 60-80 hour work week project?… Medikinet (concerta) helps with focus but makes you feel bit more tired/lazy, so would you add a bit of modafinil? Anyone mixed these two?

Was on adderall throughout college, but didn’t like how my body responded to it. After joining the workforce full-time, I think I need to start medication again. Any softer meds that work for you?

Now, my current company is very supportive and wants to help my career plan - problem is I have no plan because I don't know what I want to do, and I can't choose what I want to do because I don't know what I like. my stupid brain cannot form an opinion based on anything other than what I did that exact day.

Hello- new to the group. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and felt like I had everything pretty under control until recently. I have been feeling so uninspired it’s hard for me to stay focused even with my meds. I can’t tell if it’s burnout or something else. My confidence has plummeted and feel like I have no passions anymore. Any advice would be more than welcomed!

What do you hate the most about consulting? Not trying to be negative, just curious if others feel the same

I’ve fallen into more of an ADHD coaching rhythm with my therapist, but want to be able to address comorbidities/ADHD symptoms that are unrelated to my organization/planning skills (e.g. depressive episodes, social anxiety, impulsivity, etc.). Any tips on how to broach these conversation topics/steer the direction of the sessions?

Does anyone’s spelling and reading get a bit sloppier or worse when on stimulants?

Does anyone ever struggle with when you take a little too much of your adderall (or similar med) & it finally does kick in all at once, your brain starts to overanalyze everything & you get so detailed that it becomes counterproductive? I’m either avoidant & unfocused or hyperfocused & too detailed, it’s equally as unproductive.

Has anybody been able to stay in consulting and get off adderall? Taken for about 6 years and finally off it since I haven’t been on a project in awhile but motivation still down 2 months in.. currently taking caffeine pills w/ l theanine and l tyrosine supps occasionally and b vitamins
