Intone with her feelings . E.g she throws tantrums when she is hungry and will not say it. I am just frustrated and maybe lose my cool more than required ; so looking for recommendations not just for her but for me too to make a better parent. End of self pity 🙏

Awww op, I feel for you, that must be difficult, I hope it gets better/ I’m sure it will!

Hi Everyone! My parents are visiting San Francisco next week. They are in their early sixties. What are some activities that they could do? They already have a wine tour lined up an hour outside of San Francisco. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. They just want to have a memorable trip. One of them has never been to San Francisco, nor the Bay Area before, and my other parent has not been in well over a decade.

Friendly late 20s woman fish here who hasn’t been feeling good enough to be in consulting or run a business. I don’t know what’s going on but even with all of my accomplishments I feel worthless. I’m in therapy so I’m sure there’s a rainbow somewhere but I’m wondering if anyone else has felt like this and what you’ve done to get past it? I’ve thought of reading more books on my craft and doing affirmations but I’m like internally smh at everything.

I really don’t think there’s a chance that the SCOTUS overturns Roe. I would hope this affirming decision further slams the door on states trying to legislate what happens in a doctor’s office between a pregnant woman and her doctor. There’s always a chance this swings the other way, but this SCOTUS so far has a non partisan approach, regardless of what the media has portrayed. The panic seems unwarranted.

Resume submitted with app: Major GPA or Cumulative GPA? Context: My major GPA (aka final two years of business school courses) is 3.57 however my cumulative GPA is 3.20. Am I obligated to list both or is only listing my major GPA satisfactory? The reality is that I started undergrad at 17 and was an immature kid who goofed off his first couple of years prior to pulling it together when I started taking my major courses so I want to make sure that is clear. Note: I also have a 720 GMAT.

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
