1. Cashflow
2. Pipeline + contacts
3. Business model
4. Point of Difference / Positioning
5. Good project management + admin
6. Marketing plan

-Start with a good accountant - some are agency focused and can help with the above and legal.
-New business agencies give a lot of advice - like future factory
-Chris Do has been sharing advice for years
-Dave Dye - Stuff From The Loft podcast + website - gives lots of advice and has many founders on his podcast. Talking creativity but lots of nuggets from owners
