I was interviewed for Senior tech staff (Performance engineer) position in Oracle india for oracle enterprise manager product.

Please share how the project is and I could understand this is the oldest product of Oracle. Is this product exp still worth it if I leave Oracle in future??

Really looking for some feedback here. Our first home we bought at 275k, currently could sell for 450k. Lived in the home for two years, so if we sold we would exclude any gain. So let’s say after fees, we’re looking at 200k of cash flow to us. We buy another home for 500k, 20% down or so = 100k.
