How attached are you to both your kidneys?
Live like a pauper in a studio apt or a cheaper two bed with a roommate. Pre-game at home before going out. Make food at home. Don’t pour your money into the bars. I live in a major metro city and sold my car so no parking or insurance costs. Take public transportation. Little cost-saving habits go a LONG way.
Throw as much of your salary at it early. The interest payments are killer over time. I did it right out of b-school and after three and a half years zero debt. I had ~150k. It can be done.
Yes, I would put between $2-3k/month toward the debt and all bonuses. Should be able to pay it off in ~5 years that way.

The only way I stuck with it is autopilot - take a meaningful amount and put into a separate free checking acct during payroll, then have auto-debit set up for your loan payment. (Pro tip: put one month extra payment in that checking acct in case something goes wrong that month.. your loan payment won’t get returned.)
I found that what I don’t *have* I can’t spend. Forces a “pay yourself first” mindset

Beyond the minimum payments, do NOT evenly distribute payments amongst loans. Pay lump sums towards one loan at a time (starting at the ones with highest interest), that way you’re actually paying off principal and your payments aren’t just going to paying off interest. That may be common sense but navient at least has the default set to distribute overpayments evenly, which results in you repetitively paying interest and less principal
