Hey everyone! I work as a PM at a startup and we have a huge marketing campaign launching and need to get all these deliverables organized. Does anyone have a tool they use or a template? I have a Gantt chart going but was wondering if anyone has something else they like to use. Also feeling a little overwhelmed and just unsure of my skills for some reason - I think this campaign is just bigger than I estimated and there’s so much info missing (sigh). Thanks for your help!
