I’ve applied to a job I’m qualified for, description is DMV or remote. I’m not in the area but have WFH experience so I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn who asked for my resume. After sending my resume they say the job has changed to DMV only. I check the job posting on their site and it still says DMV or remote.

I guess I’ll never know…but was that a rejection? 🥲

Also, in general, very annoying to find out after sending resume/reaching out that a job will not be fully remote.
