Any good OTT content to watch?

Seeking advice on how to land an entry level consulting or project management position. I have a BBA in Management, and will soon graduate with my MBA.

Question: I've had 2 opportunities cross my path in the past week. One is on the on the way towards a pivot I want to do and it really the one I think I'd want but the 2nd came through a former boss, is $20k more a year than the first, but only slightly different from the job I have now. I'd be stupid to let the latter pass waiting to hear about the former but it's not 100 percent down the path I want to follow. I'm torn...Advice?

I’m a single mom of a young boy. My child is delayed in speech & receptive skills. I work full time & a full time mom w/ no family help. Im feeling very resentful towards my sons dad. He leaves me with all the responsibility & he is the pop up when convenient dad. I’ve tried communicating and nothing is changing. He doesn’t acknowledge my outreaches to him. As an accounting major does it look bad to not have a cpa... really struggling. Mainly cause my heart just isn’t in it. I want to risk consulting or it assurance and potentially work towards my cisa. If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? While I am in the office, I don’t always get the billable amount since I don’t have enough work. Seems like a waste of time to enter non-billable time just to fill in the gap but I also don’t want them to think I am not there and slacking off.

What’s the norm?

Got call from TCS HR & he asked my expected CTC & scheduled interview. After clearing both rounds, I got selected & got call from recruitment HR for further process. In discussion I told her that I already have EP id (used to login on TCS portal) & had got offer letter last time but did not join as TCS was not ready to renegotiate. So she said she can only proceed with my profile if I agree to join on same CTC as my current. I said NO. but will this happen every time now when I apply to TCS?

Can anybody please help me with the recruitment process, document upload, offer letter timelines for Robert Bosch ?

P.S. I had my HR round last week after couple of technical and one managerial rounds.

22LPA +1LJB + 2K monthly Expenditure + Quarterly Bonus based on Company Performance

Or

30LPA + 1.5L Variable + 3L ESOP.

Both seem great companies.

What would be great in the long run in terms of taxes and benefits ?

Expected senior associate salary in cognizant for 6 years of experience?
