Good for you on your path for constant growth and trying to learn more. Sorry to see a bunch of negative comments on your post. I like listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast. It's not exactly what your looking for but its adjacent.
Ha. Tough crowd. There’s a non-law real estate group that I probably should have gone to. Legal side of putting together equity doesn’t result in as many podcasts versus the business side.

What a terribly dry topic.
Is there some magic to syndications that I'm missing? I'm a second year and handle them by myself. Bank gives me the list of all the banks we're syndicating to and I draft a bunch of AAs and Notes, collect the sigs, and call it a day.
Who drafts and negotiates the co-lender and intercreditor agreements? Maybe they’re pre-negotiated if based on a lot of precedents but those are difficult and specialized documents if starting from scratch. Assignment and assumptions can also be some negotiation at times.
Particularly the latter haha
Why anyone would want to listen to people talk about this stuff outside the office is beyond me. You do you though!
Bigger pockets doesn’t focus specifically on syndication, but Brandon’s new book multifamily millionaire (Volume2) is supposedly all about syndication.
I just finished the first volume and it was a great foundation. Looking forward to learning from Vol 2
