I took a day off work as 'flu' last week to recharge but it didn't work. I came off an (unrelated) PIP about a month ago and now I'm getting nothing done. I can't focus, I just want to lay in bed. Gym routine has gone out the window, I don't have my old network of people for times like this. I dont know what to do

Is it possible to lose weight with minimum workout and no extreme diets? I know I have to change my eating habits but I really don't believe that cutting carbs or sugar completely out of my life is the answer. Was planning to have green smoothies in the morning, and then lunch and dinner 50% veggies, 25% carbs and 25% protein. I did not get a full time offer from my internship this past summer at a top consulting firm they told me on the second to last day. I have made my tax payment in July 2022 but yesterday (15 Nov 2022) I receive an email that tax payment is due for assessment year 2022-23

I called to help desk and he advised to raise rectification request from Tax portal and update the challan number. I tried to raise request but need to upload some XML or json file there. I am not sure how to upload or modify that file.
