I am currently business analyst with total exp of 11 years. 9 years into sales last 2 years into Business Analyst. I want to move to product management. How can I start preparing for the same. What all books or certification required. I have exp in Jira, BRD, little bit of SQL. My domain is banking and finance. Please help. I want to get into companies like Adobe Atlassian Google Amazon .

What are some good books to read, materials or classes about how to be a more effective PM? And about communication management, recos are gladly accepted.

Somedays I feel that I will learn everything, work harder than anyone else. I will keep growing.
Other days I feel like, bc boht ho gya... zindagi me araam chahiye ..
I am constantly stuck between the two.
P.S when the time demanded, I worked my ass off, even 16-18 hours a day for upskilling. It paid off.
But now I am always going back and forth with these thoughts.
