Are you exercising? Get your heart rate up, do moderate work outs including squats, lunges, push ups, and mountain climbers. Important for health and mental wellbeing.
Long baths, yoga / body weight strength training, naps
Yoga and then a bath with a bath bomb, candles, and music. Add in a face mask and you're golden. I've also found reading and meditating before bed to be great!

Don’t have scotch and/or gummy bears for breakfast.
