The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel
Big Little Lies
Succession
Watchmen (I thought it was fantastic)

Seen some tier 2 opportunities that are in the energy space and I'm tempted to jump ship. Wondering if I'll still be able to find good exit opportunities

Supervisor said I couldn’t have week off for vacation this summer bc another coworker of higher seniority asked off the same week and two people can’t go on vacation at the same time because of staffing. But this coworker that asked off works different shift than me? He works 1st shift I work second. We have a total of 8 workers and no more than 4 work a day. can easily be covered. This has never been a problem until this year (we got a new supervisor). we’re used to being short staffed anyway

Y’all. I’m tired of dating apps. I’m also busy most of the time. How do you meet potential partners in 2022? A lot of my friends and their friends are settled down. So, it is hard to meet folks amongst my circle. I’m turning 29 this year and it seems all the good prospects are taken lol

Does anyone have thoughts on a nanny vs daycare for an infant? I’m currently pregnant with twins and joining waitlists for daycares for post-maternity leave but most waitlists are VERY long and a lot of my friends have gone with a nanny. For context, I’m a senior associate in a busy transactional practice, my husband is in house (works much less than me) and my parents live in the same city and are willing to help but not be full time care.

Don’t want to call out of work but can’t fathom working today 💔. Lucky I’m finally in house. Left partner of 2Y yesterday. Always had jealousy issues (her thinking I chose friends over her, her isolating me from friends to have me all to herself) and I finally said enough is enough. Final straw was her throwing a glass of water in my face when fighting. She keeps begging me to come home and says she’ll change. Hard not to go back. Never thought I’d be 32, heartbroken, and on sisters spare room.
