I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Thoughts on leaving biglaw to work as in-house counsel in a family small business? I’ve been a litigation associate for 4 years and don’t think it is for me (billable hours, work-life balance, etc.).
