Any good suit alteration services in Atlanta you folks have used? I bought couple of Hugo boss and Ralph Lauren suits but want to get them altered. Seeking a reliable and not too expensive option.

Gizzelle James on Juniper. A little pricy but very thorough. Will fit like a custom suit when you’re done

How do I address about the a favoritism from my boss? I have the new colleague who is at the same title working for different projects than I do, but recently I have noticed I am not on all the meetings the rest of my team is on. I have also learned the projects that I’ve asked to my boss has been already given to the new colleague.

How easy is it to get a job in the USA (MBB consulting type) after doing an MBA at a top UK school? (LBS, Oxford, Cambridge). I’m Canadian by the way.

My significant other is not in law and has an 8am-5pm job that is also rewarding to him. I work in big law. We have been together for four years now and he still cannot accept that my job is different (e.g. that I have to answer emails at night or work on weekends with little advance notice). I somehow feel guilty for not being that present but I also don’t like the fact that I focus less on work due to him. Has somebody been in a similar position? How did/would you handle that?

Looking for some advice on an exit opportunity - Current role - 1 year post-MBA at a T2 strategy firm making $148 Potential role - senior level role at a small healthcare company at $265 + equity Seems like a slam dunk, but is moving to a company that isn’t well known going to harm me in the long run? Should I wait for a F500 role that is lower title / comp but better name recognition? Should I wait until I’m manager? Having a hard time with this from a long term view vs short term

Any ENFP lawyers out there who are happy? What do you practice? Just saw that a job not for this personality was “corporate attorney”... so just curious.

Coming from Big Four, I have two offers to consider. One is for a small firm, manager role, $90k plus insurance covered. Would be pretty much on an island in my role. Other offer with Eide Bailly, lateral move, $77K, a little more than I would have made in previous position. Firm culture and structure, mentorship opportunities much better. Likely to be promoted up to $85K-$90K within a year. Is culture worth $16k? Any opinions from someone with Eide Bailly experience?

I’m trying to get into a fitness routine again, after failing at just doing at-home workouts consistently during quarantine. I have a manual stair stepper in my apartment, which I’ve been using for low steady state cardio. My question is - is it better to use my stair stepper first for like 20-30min then do an isolated at-home strength workout? For ex. Mon do stair stepper + legs, Tues do stair stepper + arms, etc. Or should I separate out cardio and strength training days?
