I skip breakfast due to fasting, lunch is always leftovers from dinner that's occasionally upgraded to a salad, and I always make an extra portion of dinner for lunch the next day.

If I’m not talking then sure? I’m trying to maximize time to have food prepped before hand so I can maximize what little downtime I have in between meetings. I’m not quite sure what you’re getting at.

Check out the work week lunch instagram... she posts a bunch of different ideas on her instagram for free (while her program costs like $7 or something to buy into)

Soups, stews etc when cooked for 1 person usually produce 4+ meals and last a while in fridge. They also all reheat with a quick microwave.
Being busy also allows for accidental healthy meal replacement. Like a quick almond milk + protein powder shake for breakfast, or just a pair of protein bars and a big glass of water for lunch.
