Any habits/tips you do to reduce phone usage? I have tried a lot - forest app, turn on grayscale screen, screen-time, deleted rarely used apps, and I am still on my phone at least 8 hours. I already deleted my social media accounts and I ended up scrolling in FB, youtube, spotify podcast.

I always like to wear super old clothes at home. They are comfy, but mostly importantly, I don’t wanna waste them by throwing them away. Sometimes I do find them very unattractive, and feel sorry for my husband. I haven’t started yet, but have had a couple of Accenture PMs reach out regarding open roles for upcoming projects. All meetings have gone fine and promising, only to lead up to a rejection that they’re moving with another resource. Does Accenture move quickly in resourcing for projects?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. Has anyone experienced extreme bloating? Sometimes when I drink my protein shake, I feel extremely bloated. Sometimes when I go to a restaurant, I get bloated to the point I can’t even walk. I’m not sure if I’m overeating or something changed.
I mostly eat very clean and am fully vegan so don’t consume any animal products.
