Looking to get a few certifications, I have worked in both IT and HR consulting and am trying to decide between ITIL, SHRM, and PMP. Any thoughts on which would be best for future, quickest to get, hardest test? What firms, besides MBB & Deloitte, will sponsor/pay for your MBA, assuming you get into a top 5?
I am seriously just trying to get clarity and not do any bashing. Why do all my MBA friends (every single last one, sample size-8) who went to Deloitte hate it there? They won’t tell me why (I think between confidentiality and sadness) other than that they hate it. My friends in other places seem to have mixed opinions.
Anyone who’s going through the GC process while also simultaneously working & pursuing a part time MBA. How has your experience been?

Has anyone worked at, is currently at, or knows someone who worked at Cassiday Schade and willing to give feedback? Looking at pursuing a lateral move but want better insight into the firm culture.
Does Big4 hire ACCA individuals from international countries (they will not need visa sponsorship and would be legally authorized to work in USA).
Does referral (a random one e.g. from someone at MBB whom you don’t personally know), make a difference in applying for roles with MBB?
Booz folks, how is your health insurance?
Is it worth doing the bank bonus churn? Seems like a pain to keep switching direct deposits, but seems a good way to make an ok amt of cash at least for a yr.
I got a 2nd job offer after formally accepting another (both start in 2.5 weeks). Job Offer 2 salary is a few grand more than Offer 1(already acceted) AND pays 100% of health/dental/vision premiums, which will save me another few thousand a year. Both jobs are in a city notorious for it's high cost-of-living (my partners job is moving us from the midwest to SF this summer), so several thousand dollars difference *WILL* be noticeable. Is it too late to use Offer 2 to negotiate Offer 1?
has anyone interviewed with a hedge fund before?

Is it easy to get a nonconsulting role in Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility, Purpose & People? MSHR and SHRM-SCP with 10+ years of experience in compliance, global mobility, people development, workforce strategy and disability advocacy.
I’m torn. Middle of last year my parents “separated” because of my dads drinking problem (well overdue and I’m glad my mom kicked him out). He lost his job around the same time frame due to covid and started using his 401k for alcohol and honestly idk how much he has left. J moved home to support my mom and sister, but I’m torn if I should help him out because he doesn’t have work. Half of me is like this is your fault for 20+ years and the other half is just like I’m the only person he got ATM
