Received an offer last week with Propeller Consulting to work in one of their new markets (Dallas). I have about 8 years of experience working internally in the healthcare industry. Offer is $108K + $7K incentive bonus + $5K sign on bonus. Is this a fair offer or well below industry standard for someone with my experience?
