Le Meridien in Vienna is beautiful. I've stayed there in a past life auditing hotel properties for my company and I fell in love with the decor, the staff, just everything.

Prague... Boscolo autograph is pretty good.. Walkable to the main square and 2 mins walk to the station... Vienna, stayed in courtyard in prairie ( outside of the city, but 2 mins to the train station )

The Augustine in Prague is awesome. An old monastery and all the rooms are one of a kind. It's in a great location too so it's easy to get around. I was just here a month or so ago and would highly recommend it. Hotel Bristol in Vienna is pretty nice too. Decent location and the rooms are nice too. The free breakfast for platinum members is great so definitely take advantage of it

HR question - a friend of mine was fired from an industry job. He is still struggling. While he is still employed, he would love to get back to the same company. Although performance was an issue listed it was really the manager. He didn’t like him. Now that manager is out of the company. Can he join that company back? Generally does HR policy allow that?

Applying to an AG office and they have two openings in the same division that are a fit. One is a managing attorney position and the other is just a regular attorney position. Both require five years experience, with 7 preferred for the managing one. I have 5 years experience in general civil lit though not in the specific area of law this division practices. My chances will obviously be better with the non managing position but any reason not to apply to both?
