What is the average hike every year given in IQVIA and Deloitte India. My DI HR said it's 10-15% average in DI which is surely given and they almost pay the full overall performance bonus. Is that true? How much hike this year people got in DI and IQVIA and during pandemic year? Did they fire employees during pandemic?

Likely getting an offer soon - already have planned vacation starting Tuesday until the new year. Immediately I didn't told her that I am selected as the first recruiter didn't completely closed and mentioned that she is awaiting written form.
