I had 8 conferences scheduled this evening and 3 parents were a no-show. I just find it so disrespectful and I feel it sends the wrong message to kids when the parents don’t care enough to show.

We just got a new AD on the team. We’ve worked together on a few projects but she hasn’t been able to hit deadlines. I’m still barely 6 months in myself but she’s a Senior AD so I’m a little confused. My work is always good to go but we’ve been having to push things back bc her side of things aren’t done. If I could be both a CW and an AD… I would tbh. How should I go about this? I also have 1:1’s every week with my manager so considering bringing that up to her as well. Thanks ~
