According to Glassdoor, the base pay is approximately $119k. I'm not sure how it is working there, but it seems like a fulfilling place to be. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else here has experience working there.

I previously had a job at Damian. It was efficient for some time. a low-paying, stress-free career but requires a lot of extra labor.

Thank you for feedback , stress free but extra labor , yikes

I just completed 1 year at my company post graduation - big corporate international firm. My performance review was stellar (top 10%) and I got promoted. Considering a Finance VP position at a major bank in NYC. Was initially offered 160k base + 50k variable. Shared my base range and they came back with 190k base + 50k variable. Base is still lower than my range and variable interestingly didn’t change. Was told that’s all part of a “black box” calc? All discussions have been verbal, no written offer yet. Is this a reasonable comp package? Can I ask for more detail on how they calculated? Can/Should I counteroffer once the written offer comes in?
