A little embarrassed not to know the answer to this question I’m about to ask regarding candidates and current salary... can a recruiter in MA ask a candidate in Arkansas (for example) where they do not have a ban” on salary history questions- ask that candidate their current comp? I never ask current comp - no matter where the candidate is located - always approach the question as desired comp range-but a situation has come up where it MIGHT be helpful to have if the candidate feels comfortable

Does anyone have insights AMPB component in HCL salary? The HR said that this is a fixed component and will be receiving every month. If I leave the company before 12 month, I will have to repay this amount back to the company. After 12 months, it will become fixed (no repayment) Is this trustworthy. I'm still skeptical. Hi fishes, I recently got an offer from Epam anywhere (Lead Software Engineer A4) - 30LPA and Uplers - 32LPA (offer being rolled out) So far i really like EPAM anywhere as an employer but overall CTC is not satisfactory.. I am aware of their 50k bench policy but i think i can ask for a fixed CTC as per the new salary structure (correct me if i am wrong here) Do you guys think i can counter EPAM anywhere with the higher offer.
