Adding to the posts about resigning, how do you resign when most of the partners you work with aren’t physically in the office this month? Should I just call partners out of the blue and tell them? I really like and respect the partners I work with and don’t want to burn any bridges, but I also need to give my two weeks notice by Friday due to the start date at my new role.

Hi, I have an idea for an app but I can’t figure out if it’s going to be financially worthwhile. I’m kind of thinking who I should sell it to first before selling it all. I can tell you what the app will be able to do for the client (improve revenues etc.) but not quantitatively. Any ideas?
Hi I got the offer from OCI and uploaded all the documents and also selected the laptop. After accepting the offer letter I have shared my joining date to HR. After somedays I got a email from OCI senior management computer generated email with Oracle Cloud links.

2. Did not get any other emails about onboarding and how the Onboarding process takes place in OCI?

The dreaded and awkward salary increase conversation that I’ve never had. I have zero intentions to switch jobs outside the firm. In most other industries I would have a clear manager to have the conversation with (still out of my comfort zone but I would know who to have it with). How do you guys do it, I don’t even know where to start?
Should an employee ever answer this question if a manager asks "what do you think of me?" Is this a trap? My manager is new and often asks that question yet I feel he isn't genuine in asking that.
I didn't think I was underpaid, but apparently I am at 90k + 20k, but I absolutely love my team and projects.
Recruiters are reaching out with remote opportunities ranging from 130k to 150k base (similar bonus). I really don't want to leave my current team. What's the best way for me to leverage for a higher base in my current role, without stepping on toes or damaging relationships? I know it won't jump to 130k, but a nice boost would really cut down on my FOMO.

I’m sure this has been answered elsewhere BUT: what’s a realistic % increase when jumping to a different consulting firm? Never done so before - new to the game. Thanks much

Take PTO payout or leave firm immediately?
Just letting this off my chest.. I just accepted a role for a project specialist position in TX and I was too nervous to negotiate. They offered me 73k which I don’t think is a bad offer, but I do feel that I left money on the table. I should be excited about this new opportunity but I am mad at myself for not negotiating
I've been working at a small marketing agency for 3 years now. I started when I was an intern and they ended up hiring me full time.
My intern included graphic design and web development but I didn't really get too far into the developer role. My starting salary was 32k/yr and three years, two title changes and raises later I'm only at 42k/year.
What's a designer with 3 YOE typical earn in the greater NYC area?
Should you always negotiate? I never gave a range during the interview process, I had a TC # in my mind. Got an offer and TC was exactly what I would've asked for. I will take the job.
That said, is there any harm to negotiating for higher here? I don't have any data to back why I deserve a higher #, but feel it's a missed opportunity to just accept the first offer
Data science consultant. 3 years exp, AWS developer, and masters in stats. What's a good range?
Have a couple of offers from a few firms. Just wanted to check with the fam about what you thought.

SAP Manager (10 YOE)
Accidentally revealed my desired TC because recruiter was sort of pushy. (First time interviewing externally so comments like “you shouldn’t have done that” are not helpful). BUT now I’ve spoken to the team and realize the work is way more involved and harder than on the JD. How do I ask for more?
