I have 6 years exp in salesforce in infy and accenture offers 15.5 as fixed. Is this reasonable or need to ask more with counter letters?

My benefits at the hospital are so bad! I pay so much for them and don't get anything back!

Skill Interview at Accenture placed me in L6. Did some research and going to ask for $200k base, 20% bonus 20% sign-on bonus. Glassdoor has average at 203k base(1552 salaries). For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus. Workday Dat Conversion Manager/Architect. Work/life is out of balance at current employer. I appreciate feedback.

hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.
