Not really a lot of money when you consider how much they pay in mortgage and in taxes.
Think at Deloitte it's 25 % of your highest 5 years salary. So if you averaged 1M a year, you get 250K for life assuming you vested
At EY is 40% of your highest 3 year earnings with a cap of somewhere around 350 or 400. Most partners easily make this as avg partner salary at the firm is 800-850
