Cognizant
Hello Guys
I have put my paper just before two weeks. I have 1.5 months of notice period left. I had only one offer, so I accepted and resigned.
But generally, people got a lot of offers during the notice period, which I didn't get. Am I missing something? How can I get multiple offers? What are the job application portals apart from Naukri.com?
Please guide me.

Update: Got FnF letter today, Cognizant has considered revised Salary structure (which changed effective 1st October 2022) for settling the Gratuity, Leave encashment, and final salary prorated. Happy that Cognizant showed this gesture, even when the revised Salary structure and e-letters weren't out until my last working day.
As per the Clearance portal it states that it should be within 45 days. But I know people who have received it in the same calendar month (last working day), it depends on when all the clearances are receiving / relieving letter is issued. I think the cutoff may be 15/20 of the month.
You can obviously ask HRSS (check for the email address from "Always Cognizant" portal). FnF will also be generated and available there.
Since LWD was 10th October, you will receive a salary on 31st October. IN CTS cut off for payment is 20th of every month. In terms of final settlement and Gratuity, you will get it in mid November mostly though clearance email states as 45 days.
I got FnF including everything today, while my LWD was 13Oct.
Gratuity, Pro-Rated allowance.
Also if your leave balance is more (I think around 7 or 9+), you get it in a multiple of 7/5 factor.
