Chiming in just to echo the poster above me who recommended keeping these activities to small groups or using breakout rooms. The all hands on deck Zoom calls can be overwhelming and isolating even before you add in the pressure of a group activity.
There are companies that'll do a virtual cooking or mixology class. My firm did one of those, and it was pretty fun.
Pictionary with break out rooms
Any “social event” with a big group ends up just being a seminar
Jackbox games are fun for a small group. The cocktail kits that you can order are also fun as an activity, and non-alcoholic cocktails are an option
Trivia is always fun - you can use Teams or Zoom and send people in break out rooms
Trivia. But use Kahoot.
We found that Scattegories was a fun easy game to do via Zoom!
We used a company that set up virtual trivia games, and it worked out OK. There are a bunch out there now.
