We are a perfect fit for anyone looking to combine there accounting/financial services background with work on the top ERP systems and tax software. We have no busy season, overall smoother hours, and get paid more than other accounting service lines. DM for referral!

Citi employees - are there many consumer behaviour/insights teams in London? Recently started as a Business Analyst contracted for Citi but not loving it. I was thinking of asking to change teams or test out a team on top of current team but I would require training as I don’t have much Data Analytics experience…do I have a chance?

Happy Administrative Appreciation Day to all!
JUST started a great job as a sr. EA supporting a C-Suite at one of the smaller but extremely well-known tech companies. However, Facebook (Meta) just reached out to me for a position supporting a SVP and a Director. Is it worth it to pursue the position at meta? Would it open more doors or set me back?

I think the "something else" is something you need to consider carefully? What are you interested in? Are you willing to complete additional education to make that happen? If you want to stay with your current company and pivot to a different role, what are the business needs and the requirements? A lot of EAs move into HR roles, but often need to complete HR certifications first. EAs also move into PM roles, but often those pay less than an EA salary. There is a lot to consider with this kind of move, and a lot of conversations/introspection needed.
Definitely do some soul searching! I moved into an analyst role at the same organization, no regrets but company changes have me questioning my next move. Looking at analyst v EA roles pay is definitely less and I know recruiters may not take me srsly when attempting to get back into EA.
Thanks - interesting points. I’m just so over this role but have definitely seen high salaries only supporting one person vs. seven they have us supporting now.
I understand and am going through a similar thought process! I want to leave my company as it’s too far of a commute and I want more flexibility, but I don’t know if I want to continue being an EA or go into something else (HR, Project Management etc?) I’m starting professional coaching so hopefully that will give me some clarity and direction! Good luck!
