What's a busy season? Join advisory
Meal prep or find a my fit foods or simialr. Myfitnesspal. No alcholol, lo cal caffeine (tea, blk coffee)
Stay away from the snacks in the audit room. They're the devil!!!!
Go to the gym every morning and meal prep. Even on late nights, hitting the gym every morning is a must!
When do you find time to go grocery shopping is a better question. But why even bring up busy season in the summer??? Enjoy it!
Ok, here's exactly what I've done in the past. You don't cook everything. Really only the meats. It take 5 minutes to marinate. Less to pop in the oven. Work in btw. Then there are several frozen or convenient options for sides. Steamables, Uncle Ben's Brown Rice. If you arent bringing ur lunch you are likely spending more time, getting to food and waiting in line anyway.
Most days I would eat a healthy breakfast and drink water all day and skip lunch. Then order a healthy dinner. But drinking water is key.
It's tough, but you have to make it a priority. Take care of you better and your hours will go farther.
Take an hour on Sunday to meal prep - if you plan well it should take you no more time
If you don't bring your own meals and don't want salads either, at least think portion control... save half your dinner for lunch the next day. Also would echo what others have said above about drinking lots of water. A lot of times we confuse thirst for hunger and end up overeating.
They should have nap pods in the office.
how can you meal prep for a week in an hour on sunday?
Cut out sugar entirely. Walk while on phone calls, track your steps.
Low carb. Easy to do when someone else is paying for your food.
Meal prep is key. Roast a whole chicken And veggies and you will have lunch for a week. Need more or something else? Buy a crockpot with a timer look up a few healthy recipes and throw it together. If you want easy cleanup use a crock pot liner. Drink lots of water and get 30 min of exercise five days a week.

Snap kitchen. It's gross but damn do I look good for summer
I just bought sun life cycling bike bs-f1043 or smth like that from amazon. Before i started at Deloitte I used to work from 10 to 7 and every morning went to gym before work. When I started here at the beginning i ran in the mornings but but knees hurt and i hate running but cycling works out perfectly - all i need is to wake up 30-40 mins earlier and i can pump my blood for some time and Im the most productive all day. I even sleep better. Actually, I made my mind to actually buy it when i started wearing my fitbit all day. I realised that pulse through out the whole days looks like im sleeping. My whole body sleeps all day just because i dont walk or move enough. But when i do my cardio in the morning my pulse through out the day is higher on average. And obviously im burning fat all day and I also dont eat anything after lunch and have big breakfasts
When do you fine time to meal prep when you're working 80+ hours a week? That's my issue.
