Has your workload increased, decreased or stayed the same over the last few weeks? My manager has l taken things off our plates so that we can focus on our families and health. Extremely grateful 🥰
Is American Airlines fighting with their mechanics again? Twice in 4 days had flight cancelled due to maintenance. Bullshit.
How do SMs balance being staffed 100% (staff Aug) and working on large pursuits! I feel like if I work on a proposal it's at expense of client, and if I don't help I'm disconnected from the Practice
Had an interview at an in-house shop (Chicago) and the hiring manager insisted I provide my current salary. HM even went as far as saying I would not get an offer without it. Anyone experience this?
Considering leaving B4 as a senior for what I think will be a great opportunity with a good pay bump. However, part of me feel like I’m not ready to leave and still have so much to learn....
Booked Ritz Carlton (Tier 2, US) with points. Plat Elite with Marriott. Can I expect club lounge access, free breakfast, etc?
What's the worst that could happen walking out on a project? More about the situation: The project sucks 100%, and the manager is clueless (my opinion)
I need an assistant/paralegal. Probably part time at first. I live/work in a small city in Oklahoma, solo practice. I would like approx 10 billable hours/week (if part time) from them. What do i look for in one? Pay amount? (Most here make around $12/hour). Incentives for bonus money?

Any recommendations on certifications similar to CFE, but focuses on systems or data to identify fraud?
I have been with my firm for about two years. The associate I work for is not meeting the partners expectations. My fear is the associate will get fired and then I will be without a job. Thoughts?
Any insights on freelancing in Nashville? Just moved here a few months ago for a gig but laid off in a massive RIF. A bit at a loss...
Going to bschool and need to figure out what to do with my HSA - my HSA administrator charges a monthly $5 fee after you leave plan. I was originally going to move the balance to a new HSA that doesn’t charge monthly fees, but now I’m considering investing my HSA balance instead and avoiding the paperwork. If I have roughly $5000 in the account and monthly maintenance fee is $5, my investment returns just need to beat $60 (plus whatever expense ratios are incurred) right? Am I missing anything?
How many billable hours per week keep you in the game at an agency making cuts? 60? 70? I have no idea what’s normal anymore.
Traffic to ORD is atrocious this morning, no clue what’s going on. Give yourselves more time than you think!!
I literally don’t know what to do with my career. I don’t hate tax but I’m also not passionate about it. I could go back to school and study something I like, but I don’t want to incur college debt. For those who have changed career, what’s the thought process that finally led you to such decisions?
GUYS. Just created the ultimate hotel hack for heating up food since SHERATON decided that MICROWAVES aren't necessary. 1. Make hot water in coffee machine 2. Put food in bag for ice 3. (Cont.)
