Got another offer letter of 18.5LPA from Intelliswift, 17.5LPA from Capgemini and probably will get 19.5 LPA from Telus international as well.
Am I getting less from Mindtree?? Can Mindtree increase the offer letter? Please suggest..

Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. I’m in one of the smaller markets for my firm, and while salary is at the top of the local market, I do work for other higher-rate markets and bill BigLaw hours. My comp is roughly 20% of my annual billables, while comp for associates in larger markets is roughly 30% of annual billables. Am I getting screwed?

I need some thoughts on what to ask for a starting salary. My background is ten years in tech support, and currently Lead Graphic Designer for my department with about four years of graphic design behind that. I also just finished my master's degree in Human Computer Interaction design (and was among the top in my class). I thought $80k as an absolute minimum ask but considering my credentials and education I really don't want to undersell myself. I'd appreciate thoughts on the matter.
